Fisheries conflict management and knowledge of fisheries management are related to perceptions of positive change while employment, overall quality of fish and income from fisheries are on the opposite side, suggesting the development of livelihood diversification strategies and strengthening the institutional support to the community fisheries organizations in the Lake.
