Dissemination Workshop and experience sharing session on distance learning was held at Royal University of Agriculture on 6th March 2019.
After the installation of DOCKSIDE Equipment in Cambodian Partner University and in order to better implement the distance learning, in October 2018, Ms. Dok Chanpheakdey, RUA director of computer center, and Mr. Lay Vichet, assistant in charge of e-learning projects, visited DOCKSIDE European partners, University of Nantes and University of Vigo.
The purposes are to learn about the IT programs, tools and methods used in Europe to manage a university and to experience the e-learning management. After their visit, they hold an experience sharing session to other IT and relevant staffs of universities so that they acquire knowledge and skills to implement distance learning courses in their university.

Mr. Lay Vichet presents current E-learning at Royal University of Agriculture (RUA) and E-learning challenges faced by RUA compared with E-learning at University of Nantes. The main challenges faced by RUA are technical, administrative and pedagogical. Ms. Pheakdey presents all of what she learns from University of Nantes and University of Vigo related to IT usage such as server, system, software etc. compared with what RUA has as well as other experiences she learns. She develops E-library where everyone can search books of RUA online. She also checks with participants from other universities related to E-learning use at their universities and shares what technology she wants to adopt at RUA.
